To be elegible for a refund you must follow the following rules:
• Returned item must be postmarked within one week of receipt.
No returns will be accepted after this period.
• All return (s) must have original packing and accesories.
• The shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping cost, unless wrong item has been sent from a2z Books.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your return.
• Please note that not all products are covered by our return policy.
• All Clearance products will not be accepted for return.
